GLARE RELEASE NOTES
💎 Glare v0.9.7: Expanding Our Roots, Powering Deeper Insights!
Building on our commitment to turn data into design clarity, Glare v0.9.7 marks a significant expansion in both our core capabilities and our ecosystem integration. We're focused on providing richer metrics, more robust tooling, and seamless ways to leverage Glare's power.
What’s new and why it matters:
Richer UX Metrics in Our Core Open Source Repo: We've enhanced Glare’s open-source heart! By adding Effort, Expectations, Satisfaction, and Comprehension metrics, we're equipping you with a more nuanced toolkit to understand the complete user experience.
Introducing the Glare Wiki – Your New Knowledge Hub: This week sees foundational work on our new Wiki. We're rolling out admin capabilities like page slug and user updates, alongside nested page functionality for better content structure. We're even migrating the Glare Landing page here, centralizing our resources.
Helio Embraces Glare Power: In a landmark move, Helio is officially migrating to use Glare’s open-source gem for all its UX metric calculations! This not only validates the robustness of our gem but also means Helio users will benefit directly from Glare's precision. To complement this, we're also improving UX Metric support within Helio's survey builder (beta), making it easier than ever to gather these crucial insights.
This release is all about strengthening Glare's foundation and extending its reach, ensuring you have the best tools to make informed, impactful design decisions.
